Your Yoga Instructor is an E-RYT & YACEP Yoga Instructor, Shamanic Reiki Master & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, she has lectured and taught for the University of Washington International Nurses Conference on Yoga & Mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety and how to bring Yoga & Mindfulness to the workplace.
