Lori is a modern day mystic who resides along the Salish Sea on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.
She is an initiated Cross-Cultural Shamanic Practitioner with certified credentials with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Initiated Shamanic Medicine Carrier with the Pachakuti of Peru, Shamanic Reiki Worldwide and The International Center for Reiki Training in the Usui and Tibetan lineages. She holds doctorate level in Anthropology in Cross Cultural Relations in Social Sciences. (Shamanism as Medicine).
She is a E-RYT & YACEP Yoga Instructor in Trauma Informed Yoga & Meditation with a mindful & restorative approach. She is a Registered Yoga Continuing Education Provider and volunteers with several organizations including the Non-Profit, Olympic Mountain Earthwisdom Circle. Lori offers intensive professional Certification training in Shamanic Reiki, Usui & Tibetan and Shamanic Cross-Cultural Healing Practices as a healer and teacher.
She is a certified emergency response technician, facilitator and nature guide. She finds joy is introducing wilderness spaces of the Olympic Mountains-Hoh Rainforest. Offering space to open to Sacred Time and the Healing Powers of Nature during deep immersions in the wilds of Nature in WA state.
Alicia is a certified 200 hr yoga instructor from Yoga Renew and certified with Yoga Alliance, working on her 500 hr yoga teacher certification with Jo Tastula and Stu Watkins (Yoga Heart Mind). For the past decade, she has been a student of all yoga styles, practicing in San Diego, CA. In 2018 she graduated from the GraceMethod Hypnotherapy school. In 2020, she moved to Sequim to continue her life’s work as a marine biologist focused on human dimensions in relationship to wildlife and wild places. She earned a master’s degree in marine biodiversity and conservation from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where she researched whale-watching sustainability along the gray whale migratory route. Yoga and hypnosis (meditation with purpose) bring flexibility, expansion, and creativity to the technical and scientific aspects of her life, creating a balance between mind and spirit. In her words, "Yoga and meditation are the tools for becoming an artist of life. When we create awareness of our thoughts and breath we observe the ripple it makes." Alicia has an earthy and eco-conscious vibe that invites you to celebrate being alive in this present moment connecting with nature and all beings.

Alice is a Chinese American mystic, organizer, and student of the Tao, Shamanism, Metaphysics, and healing arts. She is the steward of a small family-owned, family-operated Chinese restaurant in Canoga Park, CA. She holds a Bachelors Double Major in Ethnic Studies + Asian American Studies from UC Berkeley. Her favorite spiritual cultivation practices include writing, ritual, and meditation. She was first a participant in the Wild Wisdom Retreat in Summer of 2022 and is ecstatic to be returning as an assistant guide.
